Policies Check in/out times Check in time is guaranteed at 3 p.m. Check out time is 12 noon. Credit cards accepted American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club cards are accepted. Children Children, 18 and under, stay free. If the child is over 18 and the third occupant in a room, there is a $20 per night additional charge. Pets Pets are not allowed. Smoking Smoking and non-smoking rooms may be requested, not guaranteed. Cancellation policy Cancellations must be made by 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. If a reservation is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive then one night's rate and tax will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation. Maximum Occupancy 3 persons, adult or children is the maximum number of occupants per room. The rate is the same for single or double occupancy. If the third person is over 18 years of age there is a $20.00 per night charge.
